W założeniu miała ona łączyć nowoczesność z "najlepszymi tradycjami poznańskiej secesji" (cokolwiek to jest?!). Historyzm pełną gębą. No tak...
Ani to nowoczesne, ani secesyjne. Za to jest kolorowo i plastikowo.
Nie zapominajmy o dziesiątkach reklam, a nawet gipsowym logu dewelopera - elegancja full wypas.
Historismus ist tot.

A new tenement house in Freedom Square in Poznań - built by Wechta SA and associated mainly with Gazeta Wyborcza (the biggest newspaper in PL) - even in the first floor you can find a GW cafeteria.
According to first plans the building was supposed to unite modernity and "the best tradition of Poznań art nouveau" (whatever it is). Historicism in the full meaning of the word. And so....
It's not modern and not art noveau. But it;s colorful and plastic.
And don't forget about tens of ads, and even about a gypsum logo of developer - totally elegant.
Historicism is dead.
