Jest to bardzo prosta, funkcjonalistyczna konstrukcja. Zaprojektowana i wybudowana z prefabrykowanych elementów.
Elementem odróżniającym ten budynek o setek innych są stałe żaluzje zamontowane na całości elewacji. Wg projektu miały one być betonowe, ale po niedawnej przebudowie wydaje się, że wymienione zostały na metalowe.
Żaluzje te na pewno bardzo się przydają, bo w Polsce narzekamy na nadmiar słonecznych dni i urzędnicy na pewno się cieszą z zacienienia.

TP SA (Polish national telecommunications provider) office building came into being as a part of Poczta Polska (Polish public post serve) building's built up in the '70.
It's a quite simple, functional construction. It is designed and made from prefabricated elements.
The most characteristic parts, distinguishing the building from thousands of others are permanent Venetian blinds, covering the whole facade. According to the project, they were desinged as concrete, but after the last rebuilding I suppose they are metal now.
I admit the blinds are sooo necessary - cause one thing is for sure - here in PL we have too much sunny days and all white collars enjoy the shadow!!! :)
Na dachu budynku znajduję się stacja antenowa, a nad nią anonimowy ptak. Trudno powiedzieć czy należy on do założenia architektonicznego, ale wykluczyć tego nie można.
On the rooftop there is a relay station, and over there we are able to see an anonymous bird also. It's hard to say if it is a part of architectural desing, but we should not exclude this option :)
